It is part-owned by Better Collective, who this year acquired 19.99% of the company for a total price of DKK 4 million.Joining founders Svend Aage Kirk and Professor Kim Mouridsen, who will both continue to play a key role, he has been tasked with broadening the company’s software solutions and strengthening collaborations with operators on a global scale.Kjærgaard arrives from IT company Signaturgruppen A/S where he spent over four years as VP of Sales.
